Right of Withdrawal (30 Days)
We offer a 30-day return or exchange period from the date of receipt of the product. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at voltixok@gmail.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds (Process)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Defective / Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please send us a photo or video immediately to voltixok@gmail.com. We will cover all shipping costs and send you a replacement free of charge.
